The payment policy :

1. Tour Packages Policy

 

A 50 % deposit of the total package price is required upon confirmation.

A further 50% of the total price must be paid 15 days before arrival date.

 

We offer the following special considerations for children, guests with special needs, and students (who must present a valid ID at the time of booking):

 

Children up to 6 years old: Free entry to all archaeological sites.

Children aged 6 to 12 years old: Receive a 50% discount on entry ticket prices.

Guests with special needs (all ages): Free entry to all sites and attractions.

Guests over 12 years old: Are considered adults.

Children (up to 12) and guests with special needs: Receive a 30% discount on the total tour package price (this discount applies to the tour price, not entry tickets which are covered above).

 Please remember ticket prices / entry fees are not included in your package.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: 75% of the paid deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation 21 days before arrival: 50% of the paid deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation 15 days before arrival: 30% of the paid deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: The deposit is non-refundable.

Important Note (for cancellations less than 15 days): Your non-refundable deposit will be held as a credit for a future booking with us. This credit is transferable and can be used by a friend or family member upon your request.
